THE STUDIO
How
We Build
We build AI-native companies inside real markets,
not decks, prototypes, or portfolios of options.
We build AI-native companies inside real markets, not decks, prototypes, or portfolios of options.
We believe value is created by building, not by selecting. Capital chooses among the companies that already exist. A studio changes how many good ones exist at all.

Our focus is not on keeping every venture alive, but on finding out early which ones deserve the next euro — and on closing the ones that don't, without ceremony and without sunk-cost arguments.
Our focus is not on adding automation for the sake of it, but on designing systems that remain understandable, controllable, and aligned with real operational needs.

HOW A VENTURE MOVES
Turning validated theses into
companies that stand on their own
Turning validated theses into companies that stand on their own
From a commercially validated thesis to a spun-out company
with its own customers, cap table, and seed round.

Month 0 — 3
Thesis & Evidence
The problem is tested with real buyers before anything is built.
Month 3 — 9
Build to Production
A founding team ships a working product into a live environment.
Month 9 — 18
Commercial Validation
The studio sells it, and the venture earns its first paying customers.
Month 18 +
Spin-out & Seed
The venture becomes a company and raises its own round.

Built Around Real Work
What shapes how we think, build, and
approach real operational systems.

Testing the thesis
Talking to buyers before writing code

Sharing the platform
Reusing agents and infrastructure across ventures

Working through gates
Comparing evidence against written criteria
Our work is shaped by how
markets actually behave, not
by how decks describe them
We don't build AI companies for the sake of it.
We build where execution and distribution decide
the outcome — where a product has to reach
a paying customer, and where being wrong
has to be cheap to discover.

Designing for regulation
Classifying risk before the product exists

Selling it ourselves
Taking ventures to their first paying customers

Core Questions
A clear set of answers about how we originate, build, and release companies in real markets.
A clear set of answers about how we design, build, and deploy AI systems.
001.
Are these just thin applications built on top of GPT or Claude?
No. We use frontier models where they’re the right tool, but the value sits in what surrounds them: a shared layer of AI agents, retrieval systems wired into proprietary data, and evaluation infrastructure reused across every venture. A venture that can be rebuilt in a weekend on a public API does not clear our first gate.

002.
How long does it take to go from thesis to a product in production?
Typically three to nine months, depending on regulatory exposure and data access. Because the founding technical team, the data infrastructure, and the agent layer already exist inside the studio, a venture doesn't spend its first two quarters hiring and assembling a stack.

How long does it take to see ROI?

003.
What does an external founder keep, and what do they give up?
Founders keep operational control of their company and a majority position. The studio takes a minority stake in exchange for engineering, distribution, starting capital, and the platform. The company is spun out as its own legal entity with its own cap table and board.

Can we integrate AI agents with our existing stack?

004.
How do you handle data protection and the EU AI Act across five verticals?
Compliance is designed into the architecture, not retrofitted before a funding round. Every venture is risk-classified under the AI Act at the first gate, with data minimization, access control, and audit trails specified before the product is built. In HealthTech and FinTech that work is what makes institutional buyers reachable at all.

005.
What happens to a venture that fails a gate?
It is shut down and its budget is reallocated. Gate criteria are written before the work starts, so the decision is a comparison against a standard rather than a judgment call. Closing early is what lets a compact team run several ventures at once without carrying dead weight.
